Support Staff & Caregivers
Our support staff is the backbone of daily life at New Life RTC. These dedicated professionals help create the stability and structure youth need to thrive. With empathy, consistency, and care, they ensure each boy experiences the safety and support essential for emotional healing and personal growth.
Administrative Support
Behind the scenes, our administrative team keeps everything running smoothly. From scheduling and managing records to coordinating with external partners and agencies, they ensure operations remain seamless—allowing clinical and caregiving staff to stay focused on the needs of our youth.
Clinical Support
Our counselors, therapists, and clinical team provide personalized, trauma-informed care that addresses emotional challenges and behavioral needs. Through individual counseling and group therapy, they help each youth build resilience, coping skills, and confidence for the future.
Residential Care Staff
Our caregivers and residential staff are a daily source of encouragement, structure, and supervision. They model positive behavior and create a safe, home-like atmosphere where boys feel respected, supported, and understood.
Maintenance & Housekeeping
Our facilities team works diligently to keep New Life RTC clean, comfortable, and safe. Their essential contributions help maintain an environment that promotes peace, order, and dignity for every youth in our care.
